Important Rp Rules

1. When your starting out in the Role play. You are not allowed to start with the Mangekyou Sharingan.

2a. Chiodori are forbidden to Chuunins and lower. And in this case only Raven will approve you having it. You may only use the Chiodori effectively if you have the Sharingan. The reasons for this are in the manga.

b. You are also not allowed to start out with the Rasengan.

3. In the case of you creating a custom jutsu outside of your application. You will have to spend some Role playing time. Practicing so that you can have that Jutsu.

4. Please keep in mind that A And S-rank jutsus requires a lot of chakra. And in some cases may have a negative effect on the user. For example some people may put Mass shadow clone jutsu on the application. But if you should ever perform that jutsu, you would collapse afterward. This is all due to the strain it would put on the body.

Character may also only start with a certain amount of jutsu for a certain rank. Examples are listed below:

6. Learning New Jutsus

Whether they are custom jutsus or not. All jutsus after your application have been approved. Will take some time to learn. You don’t need to do this training in one post. You may find that it could take a while realistically to learn. So pace yourself and don’t rush anything. The amount of time it takes to learn a jutsu goes according to the level of that jutsu.

D rank Jutsus: 4 Paragraphs
C rank Jutsus: 7 paragraphs
B rank Jutsus: 11 paragraphs (forbidden to Genins, unless given permission. A Chuunin may also only have 4 of these when they start out. But will get the chance to learn more as they go)

A rank Jutsus: 15 paragraphs (Forbidden to Genins and Chuunins unless given permission. Jounins And Anbu's may only have 5 of these to start with)
S rank Jutsus: 20 paragraphs (Forbidden to Genins and Chuunins unless given permission. Jounins and Anbu may only have 2 of these. While a kage and Organisation leader may start with 3).

Also the max amount of S-rank jutsus you can have is 4. It goes for all areas of your jutsus.
