Personality Despite his current villainous status and former position of authority, Misaki is calm, intelligent and is surprisingly polite soft-spoken intellectual, often comforting his subordinates or friends whenever they are down. Name: Jigyaku no Jutsu - Time Reversal Technique
Type: Unknown
This technique puts the target in a state of reverse hypnosis, allowing them to remember details that they otherwise would not. The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis. For example, when the ANBU used this technique to bring back Naruto's memories about his conversations with Gennou, Naruto was more specific about the ramen he shared with the old man rather than their conversations, which the ANBU were asking about.
Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu - Temporary Paralysis Technique

This jutsu is only ever taught to ANBU. By forming chakra in the user's middle and index fingers, they can then quickly jab someone in the eyes, on the forehead, or at the base of the skull to send a shockwave of chakra through the nervous system. This debilitates the user for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody.

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

This technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away.

This jutsu creates a blade of wind. The blade is said to be impossible to block because of its intangible nature, although since it uses wind a fire attack of equal strength might be able to block it.

Using his chakra to extend the blade of his Katana, the User attacks his opponent. The chakra can inflict injury even if the blade does not hit its target.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
Genjutsu Kai - Genjutsu Release

Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Name: Hyouton: Haryu Moko - Ice Release: Piercing Dragon Fierce Tiger

The user creates a large Dragon shaped Tiger out of nearby ice. Due to being so cold, it can freeze nearby water around it while attacking its target. It's basically just an Ice version of the jutsu Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu.
Name: Hyourou no Jutsu - Ice Prison Technique
Type: C-rank, Supplementary, Defensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
The user creates a series of ice crystals which home in on the opponent and trap him in ice. Unlike Suiro no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique, no further action seems to be required to maintain the prison once the victim is caught). This jutsu may also be used defensively, as a wall of ice.
Name: Icy Fists
Type: D-rank, Offense
By concentrating his ice element into his hand and fingers he uses Taijutsu to get close to the opponent and freeze their joints, by freezing the natural liquid lubrication that the body uses to move the joints smoothly. By freezing the join the opponent can no longer move that joint until the opponents body heat is able to melt it. He must come in direct contact with the joint in order to freeze it.

Uses the same principle as icy fist jutsu in a sense that it will freeze and lock a joint by concentrating ice element into one of his needles he can make the needle able to freeze up to 2 inches in diameter of where the needle hits the opponent, it will also freeze the length of how far the needle is inside the flesh or skin of the opponent. The freeze is not as extreme as turning the body into an ice cube but freezes it enough to numb the body where it hits and cause intense burning pain, but nothing lethal, unless you get hit in a vital spot of course. This can also be used to treat minor injuries by numbing and stopping the swelling of a wound.

If the opponent is caught in any of Misaki’s Ice trapping techniques, Misaki can make the ice implode on itself shaping it into a perfect sphere crushing the opponents in it before explodes sending ice shards flying everywhere.

This jutsu allows the user to create a swarm of swallows made out of ice. The user can then control the swallows after they're created. however, this jutsu is very weak against fire techniques.

This jutsu allows the user to create a humongous whale, the size of a small island, out of ice to attack their opponent. The user needs a source of ice in order to use this technique. This jutsu is used more as a distraction technique, or to block an opponents movements, because of its size.

Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Misaki will thrust his arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn, when it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air.
Name: Ice Release: Soaring Hyourinmaru
Type: A-rank, Offense, Supplementary
Ice Release: Soaring Hyourinmaru is a unique technique utilized by Misaki. by utilizing his Ice chakra and channeling it through his blade, his slashes create an immense amount of Ice which overflows from the tip of the blade, creating a flow of ice shaped like a Chinese dragon. The dragon flies at opponents and instantly freezes anything it touches.

Name: Misaki’s unnamed Rain Technique

Using his water manipulation skills Misaki can create a downpour around a wide area. He can use this rain to estimate a persons skill and chakra level, and use it as a radar against multiple enemies.

Suiton • Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.
Name: Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique
Type: C-rank, Supplementary, Range 0-5m
Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique
Type: C-rank, supplementary
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

This Technique creates a whirlwind tornado that neutralizes any Techniques that comes across its path, Fire techniques excluded. The stronger the technique, the more amount of Chakra is used to neutralize the Jutsu. however, by combining Water along with this technique, it can neutralize Fire techniques with ease.

Name: Hyourinmaru
Description: A one and a half metre straight katana which can send out waves of projectile Ice attacks by utilizing his Wind and Water elements, channeling them throughout his sword. through this, Misaki can turn his katana Ice cold steel - which eventually turns into a crystal-like blade, which freezes any enemy Misaki stabs, locking them into a cocoon of ice and freezing them to the core. Once frozen, Misaki can shatter his opponent into hundreds of crystal Ice shards. the sheath dissolves whenever he draws his sword - hence, it is completely made out of Ice particles. (more explained in History)
History:
Little is known of Misaki's past except that he spent much of his career as a Shinobi in the Kirigakure's ANBU, eventually becoming captain and soon enough, head of its division. Misaki's father was the former Mizukage, before Misaki killed him during the time he defected. however, before the death of the Mizukage, Misaki's father kept him under his view and constant surveillance during the time due to the fact that he felt there was something rather dangerous about him. although, the others, such as his subordinates and allies, didn't know much of Misaki's odd behavior, his father, along with several others of Misaki's fathers' most trusted Shinobi, were the only ones suspicious of his true nature.
One night, Misaki led the ANBU assigned to spy on him by the Mizukage's orders to a dense forest near Kirigakure, where he would reveal the long stolen sword - Hyourinmaru, and use its abilities to him. after killing the ANBU spy without causing attention, Misaki began his defection by confronting the Mizukage - his father. the Mizukage had the upper hand, hence, he too had the knowledge and the ability to use Ice techniques. however, he did not expect that Misaki would use Hyourimaru during their battle, nor did he ever notice that Misaki was the culprit who had stolen the sword long ago.
The battle soon ended with only one of the two remained standing. the villagers were in awe and shocked to learn the results of the battle, yet confused as to why Misaki betrayed the village in the first place. after leaving, Misaki ventured into the unknown to complete his goals. years before his defection, Misaki was a talented Shinobi, both Ninjutsu and Weaponry were his most deadly skills. he was rather a master at chakra control, Ninjutsu and Weaponry, especially Swords when he reached the age of 11. some say he had a gift of prodigy, others believe he always trained hard to reach where he was at the age of 10. soon after mastering his techniques, he was promoted to a Chuunin-rank at the age of 13, although, he was secretly promoted to ANBU due to his unique skill. Misaki was on the verge of becoming the greatest Shinobi in the Hidden Mist Village, perhaps even better than the Legendary Sannin.
Misaki was rather frustrated with his techniques and wanted to learn or create a new Jutsu, one that would surpass his Father - the Mizukage. after secretly stolen a scroll from the Hidden Mist Villages' Temple, Misaki studied a technique that would change his life as a Shinobi forever. however, during his search for the scroll, Misaki had stumbled upon an altar of which several Katanas and Blades were placed. to Misaki's knowledge, these were the Swords and Blades of the former members of Seven Swordsmen of the Mist decades ago. he was astonished that these were hidden for years from the public eye and secretly stole a Katana - known as Hyorinmaru. much like the other Swords, this wasn't no ordinary Katana. it had the unique ability to channel chakra, along with the users' Elements throughout the Sword - such as Misaki's Kekkai Genkai; Ice techniques, thus enabling him to attack and/or defend using jutsu's without the use of hand seals.
After which he stole both rare treasures from Kirigakure, Misaki soon defected and became a rather serious threat to his village - hence, he was Kirigakure's ANBU Captain and head of its division. shocked, yet angered by his treacherous betrayal, Kirigakure sent their most trusted and experienced Shinobi to track him down and bring him back to their village; dead or alive. although, knowing Misaki and his skills, the orders of the Shinobi sent out to retrieve him were simply; bring Misaki alive, or, if the task seemed impossible to do so, they would have to resort of eliminating him.
Soon enough, a team of ANBU were the first to track Misaki, thus confronting him after discussing a strategy to one and another. although, their teamwork and strategy was flawless, they never expected that Misaki would use the sword known as Hyorinmaru to his advantage. after suffering a defeat by Misaki's hands and his katana, he slowly killed them. one by one, they were destined to turn into nothing but ice sculptures of their former selves for all eternity. however, he spared one and told him to inform the higher-ups that Kirigakure's secrets will be revealed to its enemies if they continue to chase him.
After being informed, as well as afraid that their enemies would use this to their advantage, the elders of Kirigakure decreed that no one must mention or speak to others of the events that unfolded during that dreadful night. other than Kirigakure, no one knows what happened to the Mizukage. some say he died of illness, others believed he simply vanished or assassinated. the Hidden Mist Village, however, elected a new Mizukage within weeks, as if nothing happened. the village elders still feared that Misaki might one day inform their enemies of Kirigakure's secrets, and have secretly sent a small portion of its ANBU members to track down Misaki and kill him on sight.

A Shinobi from the Hidden Mist Village was slowly and woozily walking through a dense forest away from a Village in the Land of Rain; he was grasping his arm, stumbling around and wearily bobbing his head as he nodded in and out of consciousness. He stopped and looked up and saw the rain start again. The grass below began to wane as the rain slowly barrages them and animals rush to cover to avoid the blanket of water from the sky. "So, the Hidden Mist Village sent you, Amagai?" said a male voice from behind him. the Shinobi opened his eyes widely and spun around to look at where the voice was coming from and saw a strange man, all dressed in black, standing there with his eyes closed.
Amagai's eyes widened as he felt a force emanating from the man unlike any power he had ever felt. Amagai felt short of breath, and was so weak in the knees that he stumbled to the ground. The man opened his eyes slightly and looked down at him, and his narrow icy stare pierced his mind when his eyes met his.
Suddenly, out of desperation, he clenched his fist and punched at the man, but as he struck him, he vanished like he was swirling down a drain. he suddenly felt no pressure, and was able to stand to his feet. he looked confused and concerned about this man’s appearance. "Misaki" he whispered softly to himself. "What has become of you, Misaki". a deafening silence consumed the area as nothing happened, "What has happened to the Misaki i once knew, the bond we created when we where siblings. how could he just throw it away as if it was nothing but garbage" Amagai wondered, slightly sad and yet, angered.
Suddenly, another Shinobi from the Hidden Mist Village appeared beside Amagai. "Kuna, i told you to show yourself and the others once i gave you the signal" asked Amagai angrily, but soon noticed a wound on Kuna. "It was sudden, he attacked us with force nothing like i've seen before" said Kuna, dropping onto his knees. "Who is he...how is he able to defeat 4 ANBU in only a matter seconds" asked Kuna inquisitively as Amagai sat beside him. "He's not around" thought Amagai, treating Kuna's and his wounds.
"Amagai, do you feel that pressure?” asked Kuna as the air around them grew thicker, heavier, and colder. Amagai stood up quickly “We’re going Kuna, into the forest” he said as he began to rush towards the forest, with Kuna quickly in tow. Amagai and Kuna charged through the forest “Amagai, who are we running from?” asked Kuna as he looked confused at Amagai. Amagai said nothing, he continued to charge through the forest with Kuna, changing directions as if to throw a pursuer off of their trails.
Soon, they reached an exit from the forest and stopped in their tracks... They nearly shot over the edge into a huge gorge, whose bottom was not visible from the height of the forest. “Cornered... not good” said Amagai softly as he looked into the gorge and then back into the dense, dark forest as Kuna looked all around for a way to go. Suddenly, they saw a human shadow form walking out of the darkness of the forest, making Hand Signs and spoke. "Farewelll...Amagai" said the Man dressed in black, holding his Katana vertically and out of the blue a strange pressure knocked them off their feet and into the gorge behind them...

He stopped and looked up and saw the rain start again. The grass below began to wane as the rain slowly barrages them and animals rush to cover to avoid the blanket of water from the sky. "So, the Hidden Mist Village sent you, Amagai?" said a male voice from behind him. the Shinobi opened his eyes widely and spun around to look at where the voice was coming from and saw a strange man, all dressed in black, standing there with his eyes closed.
Amagai's eyes widened as he felt a force emanating from the man unlike any power he had ever felt. Amagai felt short of breath, and was so weak in the knees that he stumbled to the ground. The man opened his eyes slightly and looked down at him, and his narrow icy stare pierced his mind when his eyes met his.
Suddenly, out of desperation, he clenched his fist and punched at the man, but as he struck him, he vanished like he was swirling down a drain. he suddenly felt no pressure, and was able to stand to his feet. he looked confused and concerned about this man’s appearance. "Misaki" he whispered softly to himself. "What has become of you, Misaki". a deafening silence consumed the area as nothing happened, "What has happened to the Misaki i once knew, the bond we created when we where siblings. how could he just throw it away as if it was nothing but garbage" Amagai wondered, slightly sad and yet, angered.
Suddenly, another Shinobi from the Hidden Mist Village appeared beside Amagai. "Kuna, i told you to show yourself and the others once i gave you the signal" asked Amagai angrily, but soon noticed a wound on Kuna. "It was sudden, he attacked us with force nothing like i've seen before" said Kuna, dropping onto his knees. "Who is he...how is he able to defeat 4 ANBU in only a matter seconds" asked Kuna inquisitively as Amagai sat beside him. "He's not around" thought Amagai, treating Kuna's and his wounds.
"Amagai, do you feel that pressure?” asked Kuna as the air around them grew thicker, heavier, and colder. Amagai stood up quickly “We’re going Kuna, into the forest” he said as he began to rush towards the forest, with Kuna quickly in tow. Amagai and Kuna charged through the forest “Amagai, who are we running from?” asked Kuna as he looked confused at Amagai. Amagai said nothing, he continued to charge through the forest with Kuna, changing directions as if to throw a pursuer off of their trails.
Soon, they reached an exit from the forest and stopped in their tracks... They nearly shot over the edge into a huge gorge, whose bottom was not visible from the height of the forest. “Cornered... not good” said Amagai softly as he looked into the gorge and then back into the dense, dark forest as Kuna looked all around for a way to go. Suddenly, they saw a human shadow form walking out of the darkness of the forest, making Hand Signs and spoke. "Farewelll...Amagai" said the Man dressed in black, holding his Katana vertically and out of the blue a strange pressure knocked them off their feet and into the gorge behind them...

Finally, after being absent for days, i finally managed to complete it. please, criticize harshly if you must. I'll just be in my happy place while I await for a fellow Admin to post.

Shouten no jutsu-Shape changing technique. Please remove this one.
Hyourou Ice Shield. Please tone this down a bit. Since your using ice, it would be weak against fire. And a strong enough for could apply enough pressure to break it.
Your Arctic Environment jutsu seems to Op. So if you could tone it down, i would appreciate lol.
Your frozen imprisonment technique is also Op.
Misaki's unnamed rain technique. Isn't that Pein's technique? And how much can you hinder an opponents movements with it?

Using his water manipulation skills Misaki can create a downpour around a wide area. He can use this rain to estimate a persons skill and chakra level, and use it as a radar against multiple enemies.
And yes, it is Pein's technique. I only changed its name, but I could change the name to its original one if you want.

But could you do me one last favor? Please out a rank on your unknown rank jutsus. That way we could properly monitor your chakra usage in battle.
